Firstly, the minigun is valued ~ 30 keys at the moment that I'm typing this. Secondly, the third trade doesn't prove anything. Not enough evidence. I'm not down voting because I own one, I would love the hat to be priced, makes the selling experience better. Other people may have different opinions, good luck :)
