Generated at time of suggestion. The date on the new listing is just 2 hours ago (after this suggestion was made). Either way, it's too young to really be included in the range at the moment. Sales are preferable even when they conflict (slightly) with what sellers are asking. Not that I have a problem with pricing this even lower, as I've been quite dedicated to that.

Ah, I didn't expect the market to change that fast. Makes more sense now.
