It means that the unusual prices of those unusuals aren't in date. In date is Up to 4 months old. But usually 3 is taken as the max length of time.

Good point, i'm not too familiar with outpost though. I'm guessing the post could've been overshadowed from more recent ones.
Since it had a b/o of 55, pleass resuggest at 55 as a refresh.
