Bought both unus for 35k

Engi cap (22) + Taunt = 35, 35 - 22, taunt priced at 13 in trade

It looks like you quickbought both as a set from the person i sold the taunt to; let's say 15 for the engi cap and around 20 for the taunt which still counts as a quicksell, given the general buyers at 17.6

either way you look at it, as soon as he started selling it, he sold it to me for 35, so it was pretty much an insta buy so its a super quicksell B)

took about 2m for me to buy it so it does count as a QS in my eyes
