It's a craft hat. It should stay low around 1 ref

welp i did sell mine for 1.33ref and bot where able to sell for 1.44ref

there are enough buyers around at 1.33 that you could make a case for this being raised a bit from craft hat status, but i think you'd need more sales first. those two trades seem like outliers compared to the number being sold to scrap.tf bots for 1.22 each :\
