How did this happen? Wasnt it invasion only effects?

During the transition between the Halloween effects being unboxable, there was a glitch where the Halloween effects werent added to the roster and somehow enabled the regular effect pool for all cases. This was fixed within a couple of hours.

Do you have proof of this being a glitch?

A couple of hours? A guy unboxed a C heart one just yesterday. Its still going on.
