I'll see whether I can include because a mod didn't say about it being outdated and it seems slightly unfair to resuggest even though it was in-date before.

Sale 7 caps so it's unlikely

Not to be picky, but sale #2 sale should be valued at 204 instead of 207 because the Soldered Sensei is valued at 40.

Also, I feel the like 183 may be too low due to the buyer at 165. Conversely, I feel like 235 sale is too high because of the abundance of B/O's at 200. Also 183 is closer to 200 than 204 is to 235.

Perhaps 200-205?

The only substantial outdated hat in sale 7 is the rotation, and even at buyer's value on that, the sale caps at 220, which is why I hadn't required any minis.

As for the outdated sale - be wary that this is a resuggestion from a suggestion created two months ago, at which time the sale was fine to use:

In that aspect we typically allow sales as such to be included in resuggests, as in some cases, that will lead to cherry-picking based on the exact date of suggestion (though admittedly, this is a rather extreme case, as both of these have hit the backlog). Since most sales happened within the same time frame, I do believe it's better to include - or at least not to consider it wrong to do so.

As for the range: I would not really have been opposed to either the proposed range or your proposed range. Since the mean value of them are roughly the same, both would be suitable. I'm usually in favor of wider ranges as long as it's nothing ridiculous, as to capture the most data points within the range.
