Every hat is outdated, so you will need to provide minis. The Burning Dome is being resold at 120, so the sale doesn't necessarily cap at 250.

Seems odd that he bought with 40 and resold for 37, but everything seems to match.

With that, this will cap even with the pusher at buyer's value, and all minis here are pure. The stash can even be suggested I guess; Id hold off the bone dome until the current seller either matures or sells.
