I guess with that in mind I'd definitely cut 17 and go 20 flat. Fairly sure that seller had a BO of 20 too (the mp sale one I mean) . https://backpack.tf/suggestion/5a17f3cb44325a4e095e575d this also supports this may be a tad low.

I was already hesistant to include 17 here because it was probably just dumped on the max (such sales are typically outliers). I'd be in favor of 20 flat here
