But what do you make the base price of the keys? I only paid 87 pure cause Hugh stated that 149.99 is about 87 keys based on the price he is able to get keys at the time of the sale.

You can't ignore that sale. It would be one thing if you purchased it and then gifted it to your friend, however you purchased it (creating a data point) and then sold it to your friend (creating another data point). Closing.
