Actually, I managed to find more sales:

Sold for a Green Confetti Modest Pile of Hat(26.5 Keys)(B/O was 25)

Sold for a Disco Beat Down Tam O' Shanter(21 Keys) and ~7 Keys in Sweets(28 Keys total)

Looks like the range for this should be 24-28, i'd recommend making a resuggestion for that.
