Not rounding them gives a false sense of accuracy, so actually you should.

From BP.TF's guide to pricing Unusuals: "For hats 200-1000 keys, please round to the nearest 10 keys". To be fair, he phrased it in a very casual manner, it's easy to interpret it badly.

Rounding is optional in pretty much every case, and as long as rounding isn't consistently used to round up or down unnecessarily (i.e 27 to 30 or 53-63 to 55-65), rounding itself will never be a reason to close a suggestion.

As for the alluded false sense of accuracy:

279 keys = 279 keys, no false accuracy there :P that's why pure sales are often not rounded
