You're not wrong actually; that CH could do with an update before this is done.

I would attempt to update the CH and then use it's new value (that likely won't exceed 23) for this suggestion. Under normal circumstances I'd have called using the 23 seller close enough here, but that would make this a raise based on a seller, which I don't really support
