But because buyer/seller exchange, we need a range. So 48 is the buyer end.
Seller end:
115 * 15% = 17.25
115-17.25 = 97.75 ( / 2.4 = 41 keys)
it's no longer needed to have a range with scm sales. what buyer pays is the value now
