I'm sorry about not having REAL proof about this, but I had one and got it for 9.25 Keys from a scrap.TF auction

Umm, you would need to show proof you bought it from a scrap.tf auction with a screenshot of how much you bought it, then just suggest the price for this to be 9 as you can't have decimals
