All of those are significantly lower than 23; with the amount of super-low sales we have here, I think at the very least, 23 should become an outlier here. The toe has sellers at 14, the gibus sale is below what it showed to QS for, and the belgian sale is 15 tops (probably lower). 15-18 or something along those lines is probably better here
