Even though you can't call a sale an outlier with one sale, 60 feels low. We'll have to see if it sells again,.otherwise it's fine
that guy came after i made this suggestion, for now i think its good. Later we can check again other sales and then re-suggest, for now we only have this one
Well the buyer is probably responding to the suggestion, thinking "omg this is getting priced at 60 wtf so low, Ima just buy this full price then" like people do with outdated bonzos and think they're being sly when they are paying full price knowing full well they can make like 30-50 keys easy
U can't come here saying your opinion and make an estimate value to it saying it should be valued at more. We need sales, and only one until now it's for 60 keys. If people consider it underpriced they will buy it for more and then we can resugest it, for now let it go for 60
...I'm not stating my opinion? I said in my first comment this is fine, I know how this works. But I'm just saying we definitely should be looking out for more sales because 60 seems low - that doesn't mean the suggestion is wrong.

prime example of why you need more than 1 sale to price an item. I would insta-buy this for 60 keys and in fact have a buy order up for that. this is too low. close it and wait for another sale or 2
lets see what admins say, ill keep an eye on for new sales
Part 3. Determining an optimal range / identifying outliers
Unpriced hats - hats that have never had a proper suggestion or have no price
Two sales are required to establish a range on unpriced hats. If the two sales are discrepant, a third sale is required to determine the outlier.
Exception 1: High Tier Hats
Sales for high tier hats (>200 keys) can be based on a single sale if there are no other sales in the last 3 months. Estimations can be made for unpriced/outdated parts of that trade as long as reasonable.
Exception 2: Rare Hats
Any hat can be priced based on a single sale if ALL these criteria are met:
There are no other recent sales in the last 3 months
If the owner has not resold the hat 1 month after the sale occurred OR the hat went to a collector or person who intends to keep the hat. A collector can be identified by looking at the person's trade history, item history of similar unusuals in the backpack.
The hat is not a new hat / effect (i.e. new Halloween effects during the Halloween event). You must wait until after the event is over to price these based on a single sale

not realy, its a pretty solid price for that efect considering the values of the other ones. Also the post from outpost doesnt show any b/o.
The value of the others is so low because there are a million on each in existance

But you can estimate it. The cheapest misty skull all class hat in the moment is a hot dogger, and you can't deny that this hat looks much better than the dogger. Also seeing that a quickbuy order for 60 keys was just created is a sign that it is low. We will have to see what it sells for next time, but I highly doubt it will be 60 again.
we dont preice unusuals absed in "estimates" but solid proofs. and as i said lets see how goes this sugg, later if we have better sales i and someone else will resugest
Forgot to add that the dogger is priced at 93 keys.
1/3 misty skull in existence vs hundreds for each 2016 effect, of course you can't rely on other effects to estimate the price. It seems too low and I would buy one at 60 at any time if I had keys, it's an obvious outlier.

Other effects are that low because of how common they are, they can't be used to support the price. But don't worry I know you got the price from the sale!
An outlier cant be determined with just 1 sale.
