what is this dropping on duped unsolds 0.o

Dupe doesn't matter on suggestions on hats under 30 Keys

i understand that logic when raising or even refreshing, but basing an entire hat price on a duped unsold makes 0 sense to me when there are clean ones. the clean ones have no sales? idk i don't have premium but isn't much offered here on the suggestion in the way of proof

Clean one has never sold according to Premium, dupe has been Unsold for 55 days
