Don´t know if this affects anything, but i paid ~220 keys(miami nights boa, miami nights yellow belt, cloud 9 sensei, phosphorus blokes, spec ks australium scattergun, max´s and b.m.o.c.) for this.
b/o cap 200 http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/29337847
So that does affect? and it was pure b/o, guy actually was looking for 240k item offers.
pure b/o caps the sale @ that

Can you prove that?

Do we need minis?
So this proves it right? and first suggestion ever so i have no idea what im doing lol : P
So should I make a new suggestion for this and put just a 200k in it? And Im really sorry for my inexperience in this.
And make a proof pic to imgur from my trade history on steam?
Ok it seems i got rekt here and cant make a new one, but here is the link for the trade history from steam:

Ill hope this helps with the proof
As noted in the comments already, your purchase would be valued at 200 at the absolute maximum given the seller's pure B/O was 200, and sales are capped at the seller's pure B/O whenever the total value exceeds it.
However, also important here is that every unusual hat involved in your purchase is outdated (meaning their prices are more than 3/4 months old), and they would need to be given full updates, or more likely, mini-suggestions in order to be included here. That would mean providing evidence of at least one recent sale involving those hats to show their current value. I recommend checking at least two if it's possible to do so, and you should definitely current sellers on the market into account as well.
For example, this is a mini for the Yellow Belt:
https://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198036952412#!/compare/1513296000/1513555200 - 32 pure (the top group)
+
https://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198029895408#!/compare/1514419200/1514505600 - 36 pure (ID#s match)
So 32-36 would be a decent mini for the Belt, meaning it would be valued at 34 keys here. All three other unusuals would need the same treatment in order to have their values properly assessed.
Lastly, since you've been selling this for 150, 150 would remain in the range as the low end even though the sale that got this priced at 150 previously is now somewhat old: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/29507420
