YES I FINALLY GOT IT MY DREAM UNUSUAL !
The hat is techincally one of a kind, since last owner has not been seen for 1 year.
I bought the hat off Ouch29 for 75 KEYS

I finally got the hat, i am so happy.
This hat is technically not one of a kind, since there is another known to exist.
I know, but i as i said, the last owner has not been seen since 1 year, so you can assume it's one of a kind. I wouldn't have said that if he wasn't around for let's say, 1 months or 2.
