Then you find one. Don't sit there like a bump on a log. As long as the cotton head is 155+ then this is valid.
According to your mini, it wouldnt be 155 given how the muffs may be 140 or lower, thus it isnt valid until a proper mini or update is given. Also I cant do price checks while at work.

Work breaks exists for a reason, and it takes me 5 minutes to load up a compare just to check the muffs last price suggested, so yeah I cant do research. Either way this suggestion needs a proper update on the cottonhead first.
( I am new to suggesting ), I know it is outdated, wondering if it really matters. I am only suggesting that the price goes to 200, I paid 45 pure on top of the CH so even if the CH was priced at 155 I should still be fine right?
Well as said to Arktic up there, Cotton head recently sold for a Muffs, and with a seller of the muffs at 140, this could fall below the B/O cap and be as low as 180.
Prices change, so you need an accurate mini on the Cottonhead.

The Cottonhead needs a viable mini that shows its price, thats the technicality. We need an accurate pricing of the cottonhead (as in an indate pricing) to see if it does go past the b/o.
No. The mini isn't the technicality, because thats what we're already talking about - getting a mini that prices the cotton head for at least 155. The technicality might be something like "oh but that mini is high because x y and z" or some rule the mods have. For instance, I just learned that even though high buyers can suggest a sale is low, the sale is still valid if its the only sale after a month of the suggestion. I didn't know that but that's a technicality.
I don't completely understand, but what I was trying to point out is that the green black hole muffs were mine. I was offered the cotton for them and I accepted. I immediately traded it away in the bonzo trade. A GBH Muffs have been listed for 4 days, but I made the trade for the Cotton head over a month ago. We will see I guess...
There is a lower seller then the sale, implying the sale is higher then it should be. Say that listing matures and doesn't sell that 140, then 155 is not an accurate value of the price. In this case, finding another cotton mini or pricing the muffs at 140 is likely the end result.
Back when I owned the GBH muffs there were no sellers anywhere close to 140 . I was selling mine at 180 and someone else at 200. My ultimate goal was the Bonzo, but about a day before I was to trade for the Bonzo, I traded away my muffs for the Cotton. This ended up not helping me a lot when trading with the Bonzo owner, but he would rather have the cotton head than the muffs. At the time I was paying well over 200 for the Bonzo. Should my Bonzo really be considered worth less because another unusual(The Muffs) is now being listed for less aver a month later. I know I am new to price suggestions, but in my opinion it would be a damn shame to see my unusual, which I bought for well over 200 keys, be priced less than 200 because some dude is trying to quicksell a great hat weeks later. In the end I guess it does not matter, because I will probably never sell this hat, but I would like to see it priced correctly.

Still no minis on the Cotton Head. Unsold for nearly a month at 200 keys. Don't think this deserves a raise.

There have been no recent sales on the Cotton Head since, but there have been quite a few sales on the Muffs in just the past month, so let's look at those.

I think the two above sales would likely fall between the two I listed. Valuing the Muffs with a wide mini of 130-200, or ~165.
That also puts the Cotton Head at 165, which is below the current sellers. So given the additional 45 pure that was added in the principal sale here, this should wind up capping at the 200 key B/O.
