i bought my g/e noire for cash https://imgur.com/a/OT4vf off scm (keys were about $3.05 cdn) . a bit of a stretch for a mini in terms of time and turned out to be a scammer alt... https://backpack.tf/item/470031091 but it was a quicksale (listed under a day) and for cash so would support this capping at 45. Buyers at about 40 still, all others at that time were listed 50+ . Inb4 the lynch mob... you can't tell who you're buying from on scm so zip it lol Hopefully someone has a better mini tho

Noir is outdated so you need a sale or sales to support its value and you should probably look into the other sales as well.
