Yeah I think it should be removed. Rubi may not be known for being the most faithful quickbuyer but that buy order being recent tells me there's more of a possibility that he'll pay 13 for it than any other hat he has a listing up for, along with the second one that appeared for a moment's time.

well there was something about using this on the Hard Counter sugg and on that sugg Foamy mentioned one of the sales were wrong, I'd ask him on what to do with these 2 suggs. I just know that including 13 seems wrong here.
Yeah, the mongol sale there sold for 14 keys + some ref with active buyers at 15. It was rejected on buy orders for being duped, and all low sales there are dupes. To me that proves that dupes =/= clean on the hat as it is evident that dupes need to be sold lower to be successful.
Everything indicates that both these suggestions are low. Personally Im against the counter update as a whole because of what I've mentioned before. As a side note:
- Your 10 key sale is very likely wrong. The buyer there also got 8 tods and a bunch of ref which were likely purchased with procured keys, as well as a ~1 key skin. The sale was definitely higher.
- Sale 12 is wrong, it sold for 6 keys + something that was insta-sold for 9 keys and some ref
- Neither 13 key sale looks like 13 keys. 1 is definitely wrong, and I cant even find the outdoors in the other one. If they sold, they instasold
- 14 keys 17 ref instasold
That makes the proof here extremely weak. At this point I'd vouch for both to be closed.
