Gonna mention this once more:

Please consider carefully what you use for what, and dont use sales for the wrong hats just to make them event minis. With no usable sales on the mullet, this should be used for the mullet instead and the BWW should be used for this instead. That has another sale at 13.

As such, this doesn't count as an event mini.
