Using this to give the Stuntman a 10 key low end, given how the Stuntman has sellers at 9 as well. Would be too high here. Going with 9 keys.

Yeah, the sale is likely going to be too high here. I've not included it since, in some cases, marketplace.tf sales are simply outliers on low tier hats. Which is also the case here.
I'd still include unusable mp.tf sales in suggestions even if they are too high or low.

Nah bots usually don't sell hats for other unusuals. It's more likely that they are 2 separate trades. So I wouldn't consider the sale valid here.
There's 1 seller at 10 keys now, a sale at 9 keys and a bot sale at 8 keys. That 1 sale at 8 keys gets countered by atleast 11 quick buyers.
Probably going to keep this at 9 flat.

No, not as a donation. It probably sold for pure, and then the pure was used by the bot to buy another unusual, hence why we can't trace it.
I'm pretty sure I've assumed bot sales in unusual suggestions before.
