I don’t see any valid reason to exclude either sales. Sellers at 27-28 may seem 31 look high, but it was a full pure sale. For the sake of having a half decent range, I’m going to round 19-31 to 20-30 keys. The median (at 25) will remain the same anyways. Going with 20-30 keys.
