Buyers seem to be successful at buying at 1.22 ref and they don't seem to be very successful at selling at 1.33 ref. Rolling with 1.22 ref unless more sales crop up to prove that a range is necessary.

Shame this was never in the unusual rotation. Killa-watt/weather effects would have been God Tier.
