I was going by the guidelines (https://backpack.tf/help/suggestions) saying buyouts don't count as evidence because they are rarely met. So what should I do in this situation?
You most likely were looking at B/O drops on unusuals that are selling for less than what they are priced at, which doesn't apply here. You need to cap the sale at the B/O.
Though as Eldric has mentioned, the war pig is outdated, and is gonna need a sale within the last 3 months to get a more accurate price on it.

As pointed out above, a mini for the War Pig is needed and the Pullover can't be valued above 600 due to the B/O. You have had time to fix this, so closing.
