^I'm seeing a duped Beams Le Party (needs mini), a Beams Modest, a Burning Modest (now in-date at 232.5, the open suggestion at that value passed), and 26 pure. You need to check both sides of the trade.

Also, your Beams Modest mini is wrong, quite a few of those keys were spent on the Safe'n'Sound: https://backpack.tf/item/6425343952 + https://backpack.tf/item/5513339373

I think using a flat value based on that sale would be misleadingly low, even if you can find the correct number of keys involved.

You would need to re-assess the Beams Modest, adjust your value for the Burning Modest and keys, and provide a duped Beams Phantom mini in order to price this sale correctly.

With that in mind, it might also be best to keep an eye out for another sale before pricing this, as your current sale looks quite a bit higher than 400. But you can re-investigate the aspects I specified and determine how discrepant they are yourself if you like.
