210 low/230 high fair price considering valve recently retired this effect in the 2017 Halloween event! This hat will forever be a 1 of 1 now!

Well, the effect is unofficially retired for non-case items(Such as this one), as older hats couldn't be unboxed with these effects this past halloween. However, Valve could add these effects back to the crate pool at any time.

To say the effect is retired is wrong, yes.

But to say the hat will never be unboxed again is probably true. (The only way it could be unboxed is if valve added the unusual effect pool rotation to crates)

My comment was in response to "1 of 1 god tier RETIRED effect".

Submit a flat price, not a range. Please resuggest at 220, which is the buyout cap.
