Is there any particular reason you think this sold for $115 on SCM?
These are the two SCM datapoints that I'm looking at:

Taking 28 for the Pillar.
Sales at: 45 (Bear), 49 (Pillar + Max), 57 (MP), 68 (MP), and 71 (MP). SCM is thrown out for being impossible to assess. Both the high and low ends of the range here have multiple sales supporting, but the 25 key range that would result from using all of them seems like a bit much. I would cut one off each end and go with 49-68 here.
On second thought, I'm okay with calling this one close enough. New MP sale might be kind of high with a Strange seller below it at 70, but it still supports that your current high end should remain in the range.
