It would, because if people would sell ex now the ausi scatter for 28, it should be priced at 28. You shouldn't just ignore higher buy orders. Sell orders isn't something that should be concidered in being counted with when coming to a price suggestion, since people can make up whatever they want. Buy orders are the people that buy that item for a price, not selling.
It would, you cannot make a suggestion on your own things and then make a price suggestion on that without selling it.
