One of the sales at 12 may have sold to a quickbuyer, but given that they are now re-selling for 12, it should be fine to keep it in the range.

Given all the cheaper sellers, and how long ago the sale at 24 occurred, 24 seems like an unrealistic price. Excluding 24.
