I think my suggestion is an average between the offers and is based on pure keys/money sale and not in items.
1 sale for Purple Confetti Merc's Mohawk (53-65 Keys) + 1 Key + Bill's Hat = 62+ Keys
2 sale for Sunbeams Professor's Peculiarity (81 Keys) - 4 Keys = 77 Keys
3 sale for 150$ = 77 Keys pure [the most accurate price because is pure]
So i think the 77 Keys suggestion is ok.
