I agree that the unusual is relatively old and has not been resugessted with respect to bp.tf price suggestions. Where I do not agree is basing the price of an unusual with a particular effect relative to other effects. Yes, sometimes some unusuals with lower tier effects are overpriced and outdated (i.e. circling hearts galvanized gibus) but in instances where the prices were set and deemed not overpriced, the price change of one with a similar effect should not cause the other to drop significantly without sufficient evidence of sales at a lower evaluation. Take for instance a purple energy war pig priced at 420 and the green energy war pig priced at 360. If the purple energy war pig were to be sold at a much lower evaluation, lets say for 300 keys, that does not suddenly justify that the green energy war pig must be overpriced and outdated and must be devalued. Although I do agree that the effect of unusuals do give a rough outline of its price, the price of an unusual with a different effect should not affect the price of another. Prices should be decided based on true sales, not quicksells, for that unusual only, not others.
