The seller posted the listing less than 10 minutes ago and it appears he unboxed it. Where are you getting this range from?

I talked to the owner of the surrent on being sold and I've compared it to other sellers of new unusuals with the same effects... It can probably be lowered to around 30-32 tbh

You can't compare it to other hats if this one has no sales yet, you should go ahead and close this suggestion before a mod removes it for insufficient evidence.
