Shouldn't include sellers

Sellers can be included, it shows if the item goes lower than suggested price what could affect the suggestion as the suggestion doesn't back up the listings.

My point is that if there's sales at 57 and sellers above that u don't use sellers too

How would anyone know that there are classifieds above and not under the item without a screenshot in suggestion? It also shows that at the time of making the suggestion there weren't any lower sellers.

What torb is basically trying to say, is that you can't use the sellers for the higher range, as for example, if a nuts and bolts dread knot sold for 9 keys somehow, and sellers at like 12, the range wouldn't 9-12
