Because if you check the person whom he traded with you see he only received 200keys pure https://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198268603050#!/compare/1510185600/1510272000

Also it just sold for 200keys 190 pure 1 12key low tier rounding it to 200keys

So, I think this should be accepted because there have been only sales at 200 and not a single one at 280

If somebody can help me out and correct me if I am wrong that'd be great.

In your compare it also shows a lot of ToDs being consumed and a lot of unboxing being done, which may explain the missing keys
