The snapshot from the first suggestion made by Snips also has plenty of sales at 2.22–3.11 ref, although it’s five days old.

If you’re talking about the first suggestion by Snips, like I said, it’s relatively old, and there’s only one sale at 3.11 ref.

It’s five days old, and there’s only one sale at 3.11 ref. Not enough to increase the range.

Does not warrant a range increase IMO. I feel like putting 3.11 at the end of the range would give off a false sense of accuracy when the market for this hat fluctuates between 2-3 ref (see my other comment on this suggestion). This should be good enough. Votes stand behind my decision as well.

While inconsistent, I certainly agree that the market hovers around 2-3 ref. This is certainly better than leaving this unpriced.
