I bought it myself. Its worth around this much since I paid 22 keys pure in items.

22 keys in items is not really pure. Also, it would be usefull to add a compare link or a screenshot of the trade. You can only set a range with more than one sale. If you have good proof of your sale and no other sales happened, you should set the price at 22 keys flat
