As much as I hate it, (and it's my first unusual)

the Value of the Smoking effect let alone the Gym Rat is going down.

The only two current Sell listings have it priced at 9 keys

And buyers want it for less

several sellers at 8-9 keys in classies and you should be rounding to the nearest key for unusuals. this will need a re-suggest of some sorts
