My first suggestion, I thought the price is a bit old for this hat.
Classifieds:
Lowest sellers at 24.88 ref and 25 ref (not bots, bumped: 29 mins, 7 hours, 10 hours)
Highest buyers at 18.44 ref (bots)
Outpost:
(2nd not painted, the rest are) 20 ref, 1 key, 23 ref, 30 ref. All bumped within a day (in order: 8 mins, 37 mins, 7 hours, 1 day). Link:

Edit: I misread the question, sorry. I haven't found out how to look at sales yet and if you can tell me how I would appreciate it greatly.
go to the backpack of the 20 ref seller, the item history of the hat. bookmark it and wait for it to sell, if it does sell.
price raise suggestions are about 20x easier if you're the guy who sells the thing and thus know exactly when it sells and for how much.
