Those sales have items that are hard to determine the total value of this correctly with all certainty. The end values will be around this value anyways and with a pure cash sale this will be the best one to use for the most accurate pricing of the hat. Feel free to make a counter suggestion if you think differently though.
Even ir that's true you still have to provide proof for all sales that happened and at least attempt to mini whatever was in the trade
Like I said look in previous suggestion comment sections for further inputs on those trades.
