    You need to include all recent sales in order to price the item, there are more then just one. Maybe someone can help you in providing item histories woth recent sales(alot of these items exist)

    you will need sales at 13 keys if you are to include that in your range. seeing you have only 1 sale here, there is no actual proof for 13.
