Yeeah, if you can't prove with comparison links that it really sold for ~14 keys, then how am I supposed to know that the sale even exists?

So long story short, anything above 18 is going to be an outlier. There isn't much to support 12 either, so we're going to make that a low outlier.

With all these new sales, this should be resuggested at 14-18.
