"SP Caribou Companion" was bought for a "EOF Executioner"+"Sweets"!

People now may say that the Executioner is outdated but it was bought for 56 Keys pure: https://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198125791160#!/compare/1516233600/1516406400
Seller selling this Item for 66 Keys pure (excluding my listing for atleast 60 Keys)
where does the 64 keys in the range come from? (or the range in general, you need multiple sales to set a range)
By saying "you need multiple sales to set a range" i could only contact 1 of the 3 other Seller, which said to me that 60 Keys is his least too. And those 64 are there because; Let's say the other Seller and I won't or can't go below 60 Keys the next 2 Owner maybe want more for the hat to make profit or just because they own it -> Price rises (which i included a bit already in this suggestion)
Thats not how it works. I could advertise a hat thats worth 20 keys but say I will only sell for 100 keys. If it never sells then its not worth 100 keys. Eventually I will cave and lower the price until I hit a price someone might buy it for. And it could end up being that I have to lower to 18 keys just to sell it.
You can only price with sales.
offers arent sales tho
I downvote a suggestion that does not have proof. You are inflating a price off non-pure offers without sales to back up a range.
You should familiarize yourself with the suggestion rules before making a suggestion.
You bought this for an executioner which you previously paid 56 for. This gets priced at 56 (or 55 if you round it). Your sweets might be worth an extra key to make 57 which again you would round down to 55 if you were rounding.
The sweets were/are 3 Keys worth. Which then is about 59 Keys. To be honest i wanted to change the suggestion to 58-62 but it wouldnt let me but still i think this is actually a pretty accurate price. And if the price is wrong it will get a suggestion again. I mean this item needed a pricing and i made one with some proof. Maybe i didnt catch all sales but still i did the best i could to make a reasonable price.
This price is wrong. You have created a range with 1 sale and it can be argued that your only sale isn't actually factored into being a part of the range.
You should close and resuggest otherwise somebody else will snipe with the price that is proven by the sale
Edit Other sale:

You can close and resuggest. Found you another sale. If you decide not to close then somebody else will counter (tempted to do it myself since I found the other sale)
