The range here ends up being way too high.
Well those sales also seem to be too low

It took a month to sell for 90, though. The price was lowered, but the highest it has been selling at was 115 and it has been for sale at and below that for a month. The dude from the high end sale is the one that resold it at buyer's value, so that sale won't really hold either
The shotgun sale is definitely lower than this. The sale I posted may have been a qs, but I'm fairly sure that's not going to be that far off, looking at current sellers on it; I presume it'd end up somewhere between 30-40, still making that sale only slightly above 100.
Given the offers I would vouch to leave this unpriced, and as an alternative, this could get a range of like 90-160, which should be seen as an ultimate last resort
Fairly sure Dream Queen's Listing went at like 170 for a few weeks, 120 for about 3 days then back up to 170, and then it sold for 90

Going to close now; it has been a day since my initial comment, and this definitely won't do as a common trading point for the reasons pointed out above.
