Bots/sellers at 15 to 13 ref

Shoeless (lowest seller at 13) bought in the last 24 hours from Flaming Pebbles YT for presumably under 13 ref

Buyers all under 11 ref, specifically Lammie has bought one in the past 24 hours

Buyers at 10.33 or under have no recent trade history with the item, probably low balls

Does this count as proof of 1 sale? The item exchanged hands between these two people somewhere around February 3rd, and Flaming Pebbles hasn't received any items near 20 ref

Sorry I'm sort of new to this. I was just shopping for strange parts and saw that sellers were significantly underneath the listed price. Thanks for the advice!~

Also I took the suggestion on the forum and looked at marketplace.tf

Sales have been consistent in the past month at around 60-70 cents, which would suggest a price slightly lower than mine at 10 refined
