The reason I think price change is important:

The lack of update on this item's price caused a lot of problems on scrap.tf auctions recently and has been abused by traders. Users bought these items in stacks for less than 1 refined each, and since scrap.tf prices depend on the backpack.tf prices, the auction system thought they are worth 2 refs. One of the worst example is an auctioneer having to sell their key for 20 of these because they didn't cancel the bid quickly enough.

This led to the PDA being blacklisted from auctions.

Buyers/sellers are less important than sales. you may want some!

I know there was something fishy about people buying these things but we cant change any value of item without any proof of sales. Find it and price change is gonna be quick.
