It was used on the Impaler but it wasn't used to determine the range which means it can be used here. Same with the Burning Bucket https://backpack.tf/suggestion/5a5e091ccf6c7545a27c421b this sale was excluded at the end
The Impaler sale is outdated now (Wasn't when I first drafted this suggestion).
And the Burning Bucket sale seems like an outlier regardless as the sale puts it at 68.5-26-2=40.5
